- Prepare reports, memos, and documents using computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Manage incoming / outgoing calls, mail, faxes, and courier deliveries
- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Code and file material according to the established procedures
- Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases
- Back-up electronic files using proper procedures
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
- Make travel, meeting and other arrangements
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements
- Sort and file financial material according to established records management procedures
- Process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner
- Process accounts receivable accurately and with appropriate backup
- Prepare accurate bank related paperwork and deposits
- Administer petty cash according to established procedures
- Assist with financial reports as required
- Month end duties as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in office administration preferably in the construction sector.
- Excellent computer skills in MS office, word processing, spreadsheets, database management
- Fluent in Arabic & English language (verbal & written)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic accounting / finance knowledge
- Work management, prioritizing skills
- Attention to details, accuracy, reliability and teamwork.
