Business Development Manager

**Job description**
1. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell products and services to public and private institutions.
2. Identify potential clients in the field of Fertilizers, Agricultural Soil, All types of water samples, Plant tissues, Food and Feeds, other chemical products for testing.
3. Making sales pitches, negotiating contracts and building long -term relationship with clients.
4. Oversee marketing campaigns, analyse market trends and coordinate with quality and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
5. To attend industry evens, conducting market research, and providing feedback to improve products and services of the laboratory.
6. Making sales presenstations to prospective clients, highlighting the importance and benefits of the laboratory testing for the quality assurance.
7. Collaborating with the laboratory’s technical team to understand and effectively coomunicate proposition of testing services.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulation and competitive developments to adjust sales and marketing stateges accordingly.
9. Developing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies and website content to promote the laboratory services.
10. Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas of expansion.
11. Providing feedback to the management team, on market demands and or trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decion-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Life Science or related discipline with 5+ years of scientific industry experience
- Achieved at least 5 years of Sales Experience gained in B2B with a history of overachieving targets
- Have 5 years of experience in the Life Science sector, Clinical Laboratory and/or Healthcare Industry
- Self starter and Independent
- Having an entrepreneurial mindset and willing to go the extra mile to service clients
- Natural drive and determination to succeed
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills.
- Resilience, competitive spirit and ability to self-manage and motivate
- Winning attitude
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
