We are a passionate team dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our clients, and we’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join our team on-site. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, coordinating with both the management and field teams, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role involves handling administrative duties, managing schedules, and supporting client communications while upholding the standards of Brooklyn General Maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office functions, including scheduling, customer communications, and documentation.
- Manage client inquiries and maintain positive customer relations, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate field team schedules for client appointments and manage logístical needs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, office supply management, and data entry.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Implement office policies and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Think analytically and anticipate the needs of clients and staff without direction

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role within the AC/maintenance or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting practices is a plus.
- strong command of english language.
