Department Description:
The Transaction Banking ServicesTBS unit provides a fullfeatured product suite covering Trade and Supply Chain Finance Cash Management and Payment Solutions which enables clients to optimize their working capital and build efficiency and automation in their daytoday business operations

TBS provides an integrated single window approach for all transactional requirements of its corporate clientele across various segments and sectors such as commercial government and financial institutions It aims at assisting them with innovative financing and payment solutions as well as offers the convenience of interacting with the bank away from traditional means

Brief Description:
The Transaction Banking team continuously interacts with CFOs and Treasury Teams of its corporate clients and is committed to build strong relationships by meeting their underlying organizational objectives

Detailed Description:
The job holder will lead the TBS Implementation team responsible for the Client Implementation for Cash Management Trade Finance products such as Electronic Channelsweb Host to Host and API Payments and Receivable solutions for Business clients of Wholesale and Retail Banking

Job Requirements:
Develop sound Implementation strategies Define and coordinate development initiatives and implementation planning of Channel products Ensure effective cascading of approved strategy initiatives business plans and policy into the daytoday management of the team

Ensure that when required formal and informal feedback is communicated and that the direction correction is incorporated and updated in the strategy

Ensure that unitwide projects as captured in the business plan relevant to the job holder are completed effectively ontime

Critically review expected revenue and deal size at the time of handover

Grow the utilization of online channels while reducing dormancy of online users and domains

Additional Details:
Exposure in electronic banking platforms and familiarization with the various regulatory and guideline requirements of channels product

Experience in online banking platforms host to host integration working with vendors and technology providers as well as understanding industry dynamics

Well versed with local banking rules regulations and guidelines

Strong business development and relationship management skills

Good Interpersonal communication skills with good spoken English

Strong presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure strict timelines and budget
