Training Administration Officer

Role Description
The Training Administration Officer is responsible for daily administrative tasks associated with training delivery, delivering customer service to clients and delegates, responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence, and handling training-related paperwork. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
**Qualifications**
- General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, time management, scanning, and document management
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Customer Service Skills, including interpersonal and customer-facing skills
**Relevant skills and qualifications**
- Experience working in the training industry is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
