We are looking for an Sales Admin assistant (female) to perform administrative tasks to support the Sales, Marketing and operations of the company.

**Min experience required : 1-2 years**

**Skills required**:

- Administrative skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proactive and ability to multi task
- MS office skills a must. ( Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word..)

**Job description**

**Administrative tasks**
- Meet and greet clients and ensure their queries are attended to.
- Book client appointments for office consultation.
- Book and manage courier services
- Update event planner with booking details and inform Managing partner of upcoming events.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers if and when necessary.
- Seek feedback from clients who used our services.
- Provide administrative support to Managing partners of the company.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English and Tagalog (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving license (preferred)

**Location**:
