**About the role**:
**Daily Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service and Client Support**
- Respond to B2B and B2C client inquiries with prompt assistance.
- Promote the company and build strong relationships with partners and customers.

**Sales Operations and Coordination**
- Dispatch product samples to prospective clients.
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipments with logistics.
- Assist with follow-up communications after initial contact by the sales team.
- Work with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions.

**Administrative Support**
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for the sales team.
- Manage customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in creating and managing sales documents and reports.

**Market Research and Business Development**
- Perform initial research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years in customer service/sales position
- Fluent in both Arabic and English - mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation efficiently.
- Currently in UAE, ready to start immediately

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
