Booker Accounting Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager - Outdoor** to join our team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify, target, and secure new clients through outdoor sales visits, networking, and referrals.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique accounting needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions and prepare regular sales reports.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Proven experience in **business development**, **outdoor sales**, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting services and the needs of businesses in the UAE market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
