**Sales Planning and Strategy Development**: Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for switchgear products.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities. Analyzing market data to develop effective marketing strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. Understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their requirements. Follow up the inactive customers and make them active.
- **Product Promotion and Marketing**: Developing marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials to promote switchgear products. This may involve advertising, trade shows, presentations, and other marketing activities.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiating sales contracts and agreements with customers. Closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Forecasting sales volumes and revenues. Generating sales reports and providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Working closely with internal teams such as product development, engineering, and customer service to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- **Budget Management**: Managing sales and marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired results within allocated resources.
- **Market Expansion**: Identifying opportunities for market expansion and developing strategies to enter new markets or segments.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in all sales and marketing activities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Monitoring industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
