Seeking a proactive Office Administrator with a knack for HR duties, particularly in blue-collar worker management. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks alongside recruitment, visa processing, salary negotiations, leave management, and terminations for blue-collar staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage recruitment processes for blue-collar workers, from advertising to onboarding.
- Handle visa documentation and compliance for foreign workers.
- Negotiate salaries, manage contracts, and oversee onboarding.
- Administer leave requests and ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct terminations in compliance with regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in office administration and HR, with a focus on blue-collar workforce.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ODOO software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
