**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize business development efforts.
- Prepare persuasive and customized proposals and presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our events and exhibitions services.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and exhibitions industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and creative departments, to create compelling solutions that align with client requirements.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and ensure profitable deals. Review and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Foster strong interdepartmental relationships and leverage internal resources to deliver exceptional client experiences.

**Competencies**:

- Al least 6 to 8 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably within the events and exhibitions industry or related services sector.
- Strong understanding of the events and exhibitions market, including industry dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
