**Job Information**:
Keep in touch with different departments for purchasing needs.

Build and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to get better prices, service, delivery times, and payment terms.

Make sure suppliers meet the agreed terms and deliver quality products.

Handle claims with suppliers and insurance companies when necessary.

Arrange safe and timely shipping of goods.

Maintain relationships with at least three suppliers for the products and services we need.

Monitor purchase orders to make sure they are fulfilled or canceled as agreed.

Check documents for purchases, like invoices and packing lists, against the purchase order terms.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in purchasing or managing suppliers.
- Skills: Good at negotiating and communicating, pays attention to details, and can analyze data to make decisions.
- Languages: Must speak English fluently. Knowing other languages is a bonus.
