Cctv Sales Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored CCTV solutions to meet the specific requirements of prospective clients.
4. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and features of our CCTV systems.
5. Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing post-sales support and customer service.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the field of CCTV surveillance systems.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
9. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote the company's products and services.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and customer information using the company's CRM system.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of success in selling CCTV systems.
2. Strong understanding of CCTV surveillance technologies, including IP cameras, video analytics, storage solutions, and related software.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
4. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and close sales deals.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
8. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as required.
9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant sales experience will be considered.
10. Relevant certifications or training in CCTV surveillance systems will be an advantage.
