Project Admin
**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**
- To follow up with Individual timesheet of all project employees.
- Computes total time worked by employees, check accuracy and post to payroll.
- Consolidate the Induvial time sheet and get it approved from stake holder.
- To maintain leave records of all project employees and ensure to reconcile with system on monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of approved timesheet with system booked hours and make necessary corrections.
- To track the mobilization / demobilization of employees and update the necessary report.
- To be ready available for taking additional roles whenever required by the team.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor certificate.
- More than 2 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude show less.
