**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the production process from concept to completion.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Budget Management: Create and manage production budgets, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, and contractors to achieve project goals.

Quality Control: Ensure all production output meets the company’s quality standards and client expectations.

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other third-party partners.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.

Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, techniques, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
