A healthtech startup focusing on women's health is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, fast learner and action-oriented female admin assistant to the female CEO to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content editing/proof-reeding
- Follow up on tasks as directed by the CEO
- Communicate directly, on behalf of the CEO with external and internal stakeholders when required
- Conducting or preparing any online research CEO may require
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Build, maintain and update the professional database
- Assist in managing social media accounts and help with marketing activities
- Follow up with content creators
- Handle ad hoc projects/jobs delegated from CEO as and when needed

**Responsibilities**:Experience/Requirements**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or related field.
- You are fluent in English
- You’re an expert with MS Office, Gmail, Google calendar, Google tools, spreadsheets.
- You’re fluent with the internet and internet culture, able to research anything effectively online. You’re also a daily user of mobile software & apps.
- You are aware of current events and trends (in news, business, tech, health and wellness)
- You are creative, professional, enthusiastic, and able to multitask and work independently.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
