Possess a broad background in high volume kitchens with a la carte menu.

Carry a comprehensive knowledge of classic European cooking techniques.

Have confidence in making decisions.

Consistently delivers high-quality results even during peak hours, maintaining precision and taste.

**Lead by Example**: Sets high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and culinary excellence for the kitchen team.

**Menu creation and innovation**

**Innovation**: Contribute ideas for menu updates, special events, and themed promotions that showcase creativity and elevate the dining experience.

Work on a twice-yearly menu update, coming up with ideas that suit the demographic and venue.

Put guest experience first and find ways to increase guest satisfaction.

Be able to create recipes and SOP’s and implement them in the kitchen.

Keep in trend with current food innovations and implement them within venue concept.

**Guidance and training**

Motivating a large team through good communication and offering guidance for personal growth of each of the team members.

Planning training and guiding team members in education, to build them up to future positions.

Assist in performance reviews and plan growth paths for individual team members.

**Team Empowerment**

Empowers team members by delegating responsibilities, fostering skill development, and acknowledging achievements.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
