Admin Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical client in Dubai, UAE.
**Experience**: 3-6 Years
**Project Duration**: Contract for 1 Year (Extendable)
Principle Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provides administrative and clerical support to Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
Understands the goals and objectives of the entire department and contributes to the attainment of those goals.
Keeps the bigger picture in mind and influences workflows accordingly.
Responsible for coordinating events which include the planning, organizing, and implementation of several event activities.
Liaises with guests and speakers to assess needs and coordinates, as needed, such activities as travel, hotel, expense reports, and tools and materials for presentations.
Creates and maintains files (including creation, flow, and archiving of documents related to the organization of events driven by the Medical and Commercial Department as well as those related to Grants and Donations within the company, etc.)
Prepares contracts with external organizations and prepares documents for approval tool.
Support Medical and Commercial Project Managers in logístical responsibilities
Prioritizes workload involving multiple large projects/timelines.
Responsible for maintaining a calendar of appointments, meetings, and events.
Makes travel arrangements as needed.
Maintains the inventory of supplies for the department.
