We are Looking for admin coordinator for our company Namshi Call Center Services LLC

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attend inbound/outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner to address queries on Consultation and carries out routing of calls accordingly.
- Scheduling clients for upcoming visits.
- Job reconciliation and maintain documentation for the department.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Knowledge of Admin Scope in Dubai Companies
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Assist external auditing firms in providing relevant information for conducting audits.
