Customer Service Executive

**Customer Service/Sales Co-ordination +1 Year experience**
Royal Cargo LLC, one of the pioneering logistics service providers based in Dubai is looking for a male **Customer Service/Sales Co-ordination Supervisor** to join the team to supervise its daily functions in Logistics activities. This role will complement the Sales Team and Operations Team, right from customer enquiries to closing the job up to invoicing and costing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of quotation based on the customer enquiries received in coordination with Sales and Operations.
- Negotiate with vendors/service providers/overseas agents on Pricing of Import & Export activities.
- Interacting with overseas agents/customer on regular basis related to shipping information.
- Pro-active Co-ordination between Sales and Operation and timely closure of enquiries/jobs.
- Monitor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities to make sure that everything that is received or shipped out is in perfect condition.
- In charge of compiling a list of enquiries and unfulfilled orders for future reference.
- Direct the movement of shipments from shipping points to storage and/or customer premises.
- Read shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other documents so as to determine priorities and shipping methods that are needed to meet schedules.
- Familiar with E-Mirsal and customs documentation.
- Play a mediator’s role between shipping units and vendors in the case of discrepancies in shipments, and reconcile with the appropriate bodies.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and suggest ways of improvement to top management of the organization
- Support the simplification and standardization of processes in a bid to enhance effectiveness.
- Actively involving in complying with QMS standards set in the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of at least 1 years in a Shipping management or supervisory role with a minimum graduation level of education.
- A concrete and verifiable knowledge of shipping and/or logistics procedures
- Good interpersonal skills so as to be able to get along with fellow members of staff.
- Good leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team.
- Possess good organizational and coordinating abilities.
- Must be able to multi-task and place priorities in an orderly manner.
- Must possess excellent negotiation skills. This is necessary when it comes to dealing with vendors and agents.
- Must have good judgement and decision-making abilities.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
