Center Manager

Member Experience:
- Build strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, concerns and escalations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing member issues and facilitating solutions.
- Organize and oversee community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance member engagement.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Community Managers, Community Associates, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that aligns with ‘The Zentral’s’ values.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and functional.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery, including IT, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Manage the center's budget, monitor expenses, and work to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
Sales and Business Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract and onboard new members.
- Showcase the center's features and benefits during tours, highlighting its suitability for potential members' needs.
- Contribute insights to the sales strategy based on member feedback and local market trends.
Community Engagement:
- Nurture a vibrant and inclusive community by encouraging interactions and connections among members.
- Identify opportunities to showcase members' successes, collaborations, and stories through various channels.
- Act as a representative of the ‘The Zentral’ brand within the local business community.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to create a secure and compliant working environment.
- Stay updated on local regulations and guidelines, making necessary adjustments to the center's operations as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Co-working space, Business Center, Freezone Authorities preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for managing operations and communication
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
