Admin Assistant

**Job Summary**
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to those in their assigned area.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintains files and may oversee other clerical work as needed.
- May assist with phones for the department as well as act as a liaison with other departments.
- Schedules appointments, meetings and travel.
- Will coordinate services such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, etc. for the assigned area.
- Will review, compose and answer correspondence as well as distribute mail accordingly.
- Detailed knowledge of the rules and procedures of the department
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of department specific software.
- Ability to compose, type, proof and file materials including correspondence, memos, reports, charts, PowerPoint slides, statistics, meeting minutes and contracts.
**Qualifications**:
Masters /bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
**Preferably within Abu Dhabi or the UAE.**
**Arabic & English speaker** with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Desired Skills**:
Independent worker and team player.
High attention to detail and a goal-oriented approach.
Innovative thinker with a passion for enhancing recruitment processes.
