- Help drive Tanfeeth’s overall strategy across the organization
- Support EXCO and Operations/Support units to deliver against identified strategic priorities
- Successfully execute & coordinate high priority projects for Tanfeeth
- Support operations units in re-engineering key business processes
- Manage key stakeholders (internal customers) within Tanfeeth and Group (ENBD, EI)
- Live by and promote Tanfeeth values across the organization
- Prepare business cases and secure appropriate approvals
- Provide solutions based on diagnostic results
- Ensuring adherence to project scope & timelines
- Align internal and external stakeholders to derive the optimal project outcome
- Perform diagnostic across operational activities and derive possible improvement portfolio
- Escalate potential risks to senior management
- Prepare draft agreements & ensure consensus from respective parties
