*Responsibilities:*
- Lead the development and execution of traditional and innovative Turkish cuisine menus that reflect the authenticity and flavours of the region.

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plate presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in the art of Turkish cooking, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Implement efficient kitchen management practices to optimize workflow, minimize waste, and maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality control measures to uphold brand standards across all branches.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to kitchen staff, identifying areas for improvement and professional development.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork, respect, and open communication among all kitchen staff.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labour costs effectively, ensuring adequate coverage while optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, training, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top culinary talent.
- Lead by example in upholding food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and culinary innovations, incorporating them into menu development and staff training programs.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as an executive chef or head chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a reputable institution.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of Turkish culinary traditions, flavors, and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a diverse kitchen team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and developing culinary talent.
- Creative flair and innovation in menu development, with a focus on maintaining authenticity while appealing to modern tastes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
