**Position**: Full-Time Field Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the building materials sector.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present our extensive range of building materials products and services to clients, effectively communicating their value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a results-oriented approach and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Liaising, corresponding and maintain relationships with customers.
- Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
- Designing and developing marketing materials.
- Producing and distributing marketing materials.
- Helping prepare and conduct product presentations.
- Helping plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the building materials industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve results.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed goals.
- Driving License is required
