We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of CCTV products and services to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our CCTV solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex CCTV solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
