**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR or related fields Excellent and professional communication skills.
- Excellent organisation / prioritisation skills, and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Dependable and reliable Punctual, with great time management skills.
- Efficient and always looking for improvement Handling confidential information well.
- Good Excel and budgeting skills.

**Responsibilities**
****Admin**:
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to the people & culture function including responding to employee queries and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure accurate information is maintained and timely advice is provided.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of special projects and prioritised through itcan's Culture Plan.
- Document all plans and keep drives organised and standardised.
- Research insights for culture dashboards and responsible for data collection.
- Manage office space and orders.
- Accountable for office management (Coordinate with service providers).
Events:
- Plan and implement events - Birthdays/ outings/anniversary based on approval.
- Finalise and implement plans (make purchase, do research, create plans or activities, deliver session, events.
- Support itcanners with in house initiatives (supporting teams, team building).
Culture Strategy:
- Building office guidelines to enhance space and environment.
- Understanding gaps in culture and coming up with ideas.
- Attend culture brainstorming meetings.
- Implementation and planning of culture projects.
- Collect and analyse feedback for culture through surveys, focus groups.
- Create content for monthly itcanner newsletter (article, photos, fun facts etc).
- Building the annual Culture Calendar.
- Creating content for culture related announcements and campaigns.
