**Your new role**

As the Assistant Manager of Employee Relations, you will manage employee relations, Human Capital (HC) standards, procedures, and contract compliance, pension plan/scheme formation and administration, and the overall HC operations while addressing GCC office issues.;
- Through team mandate, responds to all GCC (UAE, Saudi, and Qatar) employment inquiries.
- Build a professional network of GCC government officials to stay abreast of employment laws and address issues (entities, pension plans, etc.)
- Serve as the point of contact with the counterparts of the ME pension plan.
- Coordinate closely with the payroll team and communicate with the pension authorities, keeping HR management informed of any new announcements or developments.
- Supervise UAE-based GCC citizens' and serve as the point of contact with the counterparts of the ME pension plan.
- Supervise junior employee relations team members on employee relations junior manager tasks.
- Assist auditors with data and documents and create action plans to handle audit report recommendations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional oral, writing, and presentation abilities; Arabic language is a must.
- Experience in Learning and Development is a must.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience covering GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar) countries.
- GCC employment, immigration, and regulatory experience.
- GCC HC best practices and processes expert.
- Use sound judgment when making decisions and maintain discretion.
