**What You'll Do**:

- ** New Employee Induction**: Conducting orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- ** Building Employee Connections**: Developing relationships with employees to establish open lines of communication, understanding their concerns, and addressing any issues they may have.
- ** Schedule Visits**: Plan regular visits to different store locations to ensure you interact with a variety of employees and gain insights from diverse perspectives.
- ** Counseling and Issue Resolution**: Providing guidance and support to employees, acting as a resource for resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
- ** Team Building Events**: Organize team building activities to promote collaboration, communication, and trust among team members.
- ** Employee Recognition Programs**: Lead a recognition program that rewards and acknowledges employees' achievements, whether through the employee of the month awards, peer recognition, or performance-based incentives.
- ** Employee Feedback**: Ask employees for their input on various aspects of their work, such as their satisfaction with their roles, work-life balance, training and development opportunities, and the overall work environment. Gather their feedback and use it to inform decision-making and improvements.
- ** Recruitment Assistance**: Assisting in the hiring process, which may involve reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- ** Background Checks**: Conducting pre-employment background checks on prospective employees to verify qualifications, employment history, and other relevant information.
- ** Exit Procedures**: Assisting in exit procedures, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- ** Policy Updates**: Keeping abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and updating company policies and procedures accordingly.
- ** Compliance**: Adhering to all applicable rules, regulations, and ethical standards related to human resources management.

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, HR generalist, or a similar job position.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of employee policies and the UAE laws.
- Ability to multitask and handle tasks according to priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Good counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- A sharp eye for details for accuracy.
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
