Aggregate Sales Executive

**Location**:United Arab Emirates

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell recycled aggregates across various industries within the UAE.
- Identify and target potential customers, including construction companies, contractors, infrastructure developers, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate aggregate solutions.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of aggregates to customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in the natural/recycled aggregates industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the local UAE market, including a wide network of connections in the construction, infrastructure, and related industries.
- Familiarity with the sales process for recycled aggregates, including technical specifications, pricing structures, and delivery logistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers at various levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and "go-getter" attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Sales, Business Administration, or Engineering) is preferred.
