**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client objectives, goals, and event requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Close sales deals and secure corporate event bookings.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Work closely with clients to customize event packages, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and other services.
Ensure that all client requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.

**Market Research**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Identify and recommend strategies to enhance the company's competitive edge.
Attend industry events and conferences as needed.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in corporate event sales or a similar role for 4 years or more
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of event management and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events and client meetings.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Event Management: 5 years (required)
- Working in the UAE: 4 years (required)
- Corporate Event Sales: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2024
