Incorporation Associate

The role involves advising and consulting on a range of corporate services matters, mainly corporate structuring and incorporation incl a great emphasis on client care management
Discovering and pursuing new prospects, developing proposals based on client requirement search and consult assignments while preparing proposals and letters of engagement
Manage structuring and incorporation assignments and business projects on behalf of clients according to their corporate structuring requirements
Compliance Monitoring and facilitating the overall process of company incorporation, renewal and expiry of regulatory filing dates of our client companies
Manage client data, folder maintenance, client account opening documentation and forms, registers, and other relevant company files in collaboration with the wider team.
Liaising with relevant authorities, including but not limited to Government and Free Zone Authorities, Ministerial Departments, Free Zone Customer Services, Agencies, Law Firms, Courts, Public Notaries, Consulates, Embassies, Typing Centers, Chambers, Municipalities, Translators, and other 3rd parties on a regular basis to be to ensure compliance and relevance to current practises
Regular Client contact meetings to ensure pro-active management of Client cases, to provide correct and up-to-date information and impact on their companies in the UAE.
Offering and promoting company services to potential, new and current clients while maintaining a professional relationship, as well as with our business partners, solution service providers, and associates in the UAE,
Facilitate post-setup services such as corporate bank account opening, accounting, bookkeeping, financial auditing, monthly services, immigration, and visa-related services, office administration and government liaison services
Coordinate due diligence, onboarding and KYC on new and existing clients as/when required and other relevant compliance procedures of 3rd parties, banks, business partners and jurisdictional authorities.
**Qualifications**
1. 4-5 years’ experience in company formations in mainland, free zone and offshore set-up across UAE including DIFC and ADGM
2. Have excellent communication skills and confidence to reach out to potential clients and demonstrate our services and products
3. Working knowledge and experience as business consultant or equivalent in company incorporation, business setup, structuring and corporate services
4. Exceptional customer service experience
5. Reliable, honest and can contribute to create a thriving culture
6. Technical skills, able to use a variety of systems with attention to detail
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment where change is embraced, manage own workload, manage multiple things at a given time and able to work to deadlines
8. Familiarity with legislation relating to client due diligence, screening, data protection and data security.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Working in a diverse business consultancy will be an advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
