Associate in Roads & Highways, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Oversee and manage road infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of road and highway design plans.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough safety audits for road projects, identifying potential risks and proposing effective mitigation measures.
- Stay updated on the latest safety standards and incorporate them into project designs

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Overall 15+ Years of Industry Experience
- 5 Years of UAE experience with roads lead role (Abu Dhabi experience is preferable)
- Sound Technical well-rounded in Roads & Highways in Design (not supervision)
- People Leadership skills to deliver from our offshoring team.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to road infrastructure.
- Client engagement skills (worked as a roads lead or PM/design manager for infrastructure)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
