**Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO**
**Overview**:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief
Executive Officer in managing day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This role demands exceptional communication skills, proficiency in
Office Suite, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders in the education sector.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Calendar Management**:

- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal use of the CEO's time.

2. **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and managing communication.

3. **Office Management**:

- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them appropriately.

4. **Document Preparation and Management**:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

5. **Accounting Support**:

- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial record
- keeping.

6. **Meeting Coordination**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, including arranging agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure necessary materials and information are prepared for meetings in advance.

7. **Senior Leadership Interaction**:

- Liaise with senior leaders in the education space, representing the CEO when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

8. **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the education sector is advantageous.

3. **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. **Tech-Savvy**:

- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.

6. **Discretion**:

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
