As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be involved in planning and developing the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, exciting environment, you'll work with multiple product lines within the Segment. As a trusted leader, you’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and sound business acumen

**As an Area Sales**Manager**, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing a sales strategy and building a pipeline of opportunities for profitable growth
- Developing unique commercial models, business outlooks, and advising the Region management teams on suitable country and business growth plans
- Liaising with key clients and collaborating with all stakeholders to manage the full sales lifecycle and achieve successful outcomes for our clients, and for the company
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients within the Segment to ensure sales targets are met, to include KPI’s such as revenue growth, market share gain, commercial conversion rate, pricing, upsell, and client satisfaction
- Supporting market analytics and business development targets across the portfolio of countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye and India; and across the product lines within the Segment
- Communications between the Global Product Lines and the Sales and Operations teams within the Region

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Completions and Wellbore Intervention.
- Have demonstratable of the MENATI market, with previous experience in business development
- Have previous exposure to large scale projects, long term contracting, and demonstrated success in critical customer projects
- Experience in as asset and people based business, including capital asset allocation, resource planning and assignment, long term business planning, and profitable growth
