**Sales Area Manager (FMCG)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**# Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
**# Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to enhance brand presence and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
**# Sales Performance Monitoring**:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
**# Budget Management**:
- Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Optimize trade spend and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.
**# Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.
**# Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
