We are a production company based in Dubai, specializing in food and related content for a range of clients. Our work is innovative and creative, and we are looking for a secretary / assistant.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless client service.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of media / advertising is a plus.
