Vacancy: Personal Assistant for Company Owner (Internet Acquiring Sector)
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage owner's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle rescheduling.
- Organize offline/online meetings/calls.
- Delegate tasks, control team's work, set deadlines, and manage contractors.
- Provide information and analytical support, including research and data organization.
- Communicate in work and personal chats.
- Arrange office supplies and snacks ordering (once a week).
- Maintain office rules, handle employee contracts, and manage documentation.
- Coordinate office staff congratulations and events organization.
Personal Assignments:
Travel Support (frequent flights up to 10 times per month):
- Manage passport expiration dates, prepare documents, and handle passport renewal.
- Maintain travel schedule, update calendars with trip information.
- Organize business and personal trips: flights, VIP services, accommodations, transfers, entertainment, medical consultations, loyalty programs, daily itinerary planning, household management, driver coordination, purchasing goods/services, organizing family events, and premium services ordering.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- English proficiency: B1+ (spoken and written).
- Punctuality, articulate communication skills, stress resilience, neatness, strong organizational abilities, responsiveness, quick reactions, and tactfulness.
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
