Job Description: HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding Process Management:

- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Collect required documents and perform verification checks.
- Facilitate payroll setup and medical registration for new employees.
- Payroll Management:

- Oversee the monthly payroll process.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.
- Manage salary increases and related documentation.
- Annual Leave and Travel Management:

- Administer all annual leave entitlements for employees.
- Coordinate with travel agencies for booking annual flights in adherence to HR policies.
- Employee Documentation and Compliance:

- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements.
- Day-to-Day HR Operations:

- Handle administrative aspects of employee leave requests and salary-related correspondence.
- Medical Insurance and Labor Compliance:

- Maintain records related to medical insurance for employees.
- Monitor and manage probation periods, issuing confirmation letters accordingly.
- Visa and Labor Card Management:

- Monitor labor cards and visa expiry dates for employees.
- Plan and execute timely renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Off-boarding Process Administration:

- Coordinate the off-boarding process by preparing final settlements for departing employees.
- Collect employee access cards and uniforms.
- Coordinate visa cancellations in alignment with the off-boarding process.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Proven experience ( 5years) in HR roles, with specific experience in HR administration.
- Proficiency in local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
