Holiday Consultant Sales Executive

We are seeking for dynamic young holiday consultant cum sales executive with strong communication skills with mínimal 3-6 years of experience in same industry with UAE driving license, typically combines the roles of closing sales for holiday packages.
**Key responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their holidays based on their preferences, budgets, and travel dates.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel itineraries.
- Recommend holiday packages, tours, and services according to the client’s needs.
**Sales Target Achievements**:
- Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to final booking and payment.
- Upsell and cross-sell various products and services, such as travel insurance, B2B sales for visas, ticketing and holiday packages.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any issues or complaints before, during, and after travel.
- Follow up with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and generate testimonials or reviews.
**Market research and product knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and holiday packages.
- Research the best deals and packages from suppliers to offer competitive pricing.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant travel laws, visa requirements, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to confirm bookings.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- A degree or diploma in **Hospitality Management**, **Tourism**, **Business Administration**, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Sales Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the travel or tourism sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to close sales and negotiate effectively with clients and supplier
**Customer service skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to tailor packages to meet customer needs.
**Product knowledge**:
- In-depth knowledge of travel products, including holiday destinations, hotels, transport options, and tour packages.
- Knowledge of current travel trends, visa processes, and industry best practices.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport)
- Ensure all bookings, documentation, and payments are accurate.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously.
**Language Skills**:
- Fluency in English is usually required.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, German) may be beneficial, especially in international markets.
**Problem solving and Initiatives**:
- Ability to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate initiative in managing clients’ needs and sales opportunities.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
