We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our day-to-day activities, providing support to various departments, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee and manage the efficiency of daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for boat preparation, deliveries, and customer handovers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to operations.
- Provide administrative support to sales, service, and other departments as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage inventory control and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of organizational principles and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A passion for the marine industry and a desire to learn is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Boating/ Maritime: 2 years (preferred)
- Operation: 2 years (preferred)
