Job description:
**Service Knowledge**: Stay updated on our services and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
**Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential and existing clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
**Quoting and Proposal**: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on client needs, ensuring clarity on pricing and deliverables. Secure competitive quotes from suppliers for outsourced jobs.
**Negotiation**: Engage in negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and suppliers.
**Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Interact with existing clients, walk-in customers, and potential clients to convert the leads into business.
**Coordination**:
Internal Team:
- Serve as the assistant manager, overseeing the company's operations.
- Schedule daily tasks in collaboration with the creative team coordinator, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Monitor job progress, aligning with design team schedules and client deadlines.
- Coordinate daily activities (collection, delivery, site visits, installations, etc.) with the operations executive.
- Address and resolve job-related issues by liaising with the design and operations team.
Clients:
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely project processing and completion.
- Address client complaints and job-related concerns, implementing corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
- Attend sales meetings, site visits, and installation coordination efforts.
- Follow up on sales and payments, ensuring timely transactions.
- Gather information about new requirements, complaints, and necessary rectifications.
Suppliers:
- Collaborate with suppliers for delivery, installation, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure competitive rates and job fulfillment, following up on ongoing and pending projects for timely completion.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of sales and operational activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to management, offering insights into the company's performance and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications/Required Skills**:
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales/operations, especially within the printing, advertising, and creative agency sectors.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: Strong dedication to customer satisfaction, skilled in building and nurturing relationships.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed company sales targets consistently.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in various advertising, and printing techniques (offset, digital, and large formats), materials, processes, and design (graphics and web).
Negotiation Expertise: Effective negotiation skills, capable of devising mutually beneficial solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.
Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset, capable of working efficiently with colleagues from diverse departments.
Driver's License: Preferably possess a valid UAE driver's license.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
