Receptionist / Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office tasks
- Create PO for as per staff request
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff
- With own visa
Work Timings : 9AM - 6PM Monday to Friday
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
