**We are seeking a dynamic and super organized Receptionist Cum Admin to join our team at Hertz Integrated System.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors and customers by handling inquiries and providing information promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Service coordination between departments, all related to quotations organization, pending jobs follow ups, client follow ups and feedback.
- Implement processes and keep a database for all the company’s important documents
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Support all internal departments when it comes to documentation and internal management
- Update calendars, manage CRM software, and schedule meetings
- Ensure invoices are correct, prepare reports and send to accounts for payment
- Posting and collection of daily mails, courier service, and distribution
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence of various types.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings and events.
- Assist in handling office expenses and billing.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Manage stock and order items as needed.
- Perform general administrative support as needed.
- Monitor of maintenance contract and coordination of any office or related equipment or fixtures repairs.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in the English language
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Salary: AED 2000 per month
- Experience: No less than a year in an administrative position

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
