Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets through events, bookings, and other sales channels.
- Actively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities for private events, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding coordinators, and other potential customers.
- Coordinate with the restaurant's management team to create customized event packages and menus that meet the needs and budgets of clients.
- Manage the entire event booking process from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Conduct site tours and tastings for potential clients to showcase the restaurant's facilities and offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract event bookings and increase revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local events to identify new sales opportunities.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales and events initiatives.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the restaurant and expand its client base.

**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
