**Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with**:

- Assisting in data entry
- Managing dispatch requests
- Uploading the ecards for the clients
- Maintaining accurate benefits and rates
- Adding new insurance products

**What you will need to have**:

- Minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good command over English & Arabic (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task to meet client expectations
- Have Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Be passionate about technology and self-driven to learn
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Obsessively organized and detail-oriented
