HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and company policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions, including conducting new hire orientations and facilitating training sessions.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, such as payroll, benefits, and policies.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by HR management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
