The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a key executive leadership role within our real estate company, responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and development of the organization. This role includes managing sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The CCO will work closely with the Chairman and other senior executives to align commercial activities with the company's overall strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Strategy Development**
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies and product offerings to maximize revenue.

**Sales and Business Development**
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and initiatives.

**Marketing and Brand Management**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Oversee the marketing team in planning and implementing campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning in the market.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective relationship management.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of customer databases.

**Market Analysis and Research**
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team on market conditions and business performance.

**Team Leadership and Development**
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.

**Financial Management**
- Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with the CFO to align commercial activities with financial objectives.

**Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks to the business.
- Maintain a strong ethical framework and ensure all commercial operations adhere to the company's values and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior commercial or business development role within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
