Excellent in personal presentation
- Great communication skills in both oral and written.
- Relevant experience in customer service.
- Ability to perform with less supervision
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Competency in Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-cultural environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/mail.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Assist admins in the NOCs and Registrations of respected company developers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as printing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Organize calendar for training and briefings for Sales Team.
**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
