**Job Summary: -**
- The Clinic Coordinator/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coordination of activities, clinical setup, financial management, and patient care within a clinic or healthcare facility.
- Ensuring efficient operations, financial profitability, patient satisfaction, and timely reporting.
- The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization and clinic size but generally include:

- Monitor and manage the profit and loss of the clinic, including revenue generation, expense control, and budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall financial performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports on clinic financial performance, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Present reports to the line manager or senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and training to clinic administrative staff and clinical support teams. Assign tasks, monitor performance, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance within the clinic.
- Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and improve the quality of clinical services, patient care, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to maintain high standards.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for the clinic.
- Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, coordinating meetings, and handling any other administrative tasks as required.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on coordinating clinical setup, financial management, and patient care.
- A bachelor's/Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and expense control.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare processes to effectively coordinate clinical setup and patient care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective coordination, correspondence, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate reports on financial performance, patient satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure clinic compliance.
- Proficient in using healthcare management systems, electronic health records (EHR), financial software, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or other relevant software or tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs, and regulatory requirements, and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
